Basic Skills level skaters, most are very stiff intermediate to high-level skates.
If you are a Kids On Ice Learn To Skate parent, please use the KOI
Donor-Loaner program to receive skates for your child.
Any boot marked with a "?" in the size is custom made - so the size is estimated.
