Students have a choice of registering for 10 weeks, or one of two 5-week sessions.
ACADEMIC & ATHLETIC ENRICHMENT:
- Learn and improve computer skills, literacy, science & math skills with web workshops, peace education, SEE-Saw science & chess.
- Learn basic ice and inline skating skills and games. Improve safety skills, technique, fitness and focus. All equipment provided!
EASTERN ARTS & NATURE:
- Explore Tai Chi, Yoga, Kung fu, and Meditation basics with experienced instructors
- Hike the outdoor trails of Fort Dupont Park in conjunction with the National Park Service’s Junior Ranger badge program.
MENTORING & LIFE SKILLS:
- Mentors are high school juniors & seniors from Wilson HS, School Without Walls HS, and Benjamin Banneker HS.
- Strive to become an Olympian in Life through the Olympism Project’s innovative character education curriculum.
Age: 7 - 12 years old (2nd - 7th grade)
Fee: $100 for 10 weeks (Jan. 10 - Mar. 14)

Fee includes inline skates, ice skates, safety equipment, breakfast & lunch snack, inline bag, art supplies, and a public skating pass
