Information Collected From Children
FDIA respects the privacy of children, and does not collect any more personal information than reasonably necessary to enable them to utilize our Website. We collect children’s names, email addresses, home or physical addresses, and telephone numbers. The information collected is used to respond to a child’s specific request to participate in activities such as subscription to our online newsletter and for record keeping.
We do not share children’s personal information with anyone other than those who provide support for the internal operations of the Website and our agents (e.g., contractors who provide fulfillment services or technical support to the Website).
Though FDIA encourages children to visit our site to learn more about our skating programs, we strongly recommend that children consult their parents before entering information on any Website.
Parental Review
Parents can review the information that we have collected from their children online, prevent the further use or maintenance of such information, or direct the deletion of their children’s personal information by contacting us at the telephone number or email address provided above. We routinely send notices such as registration confirmations to households, providing parents with notice of any programs for which children may register online.
